WELCOME TO THE KREWE OF ASSISI
The Krewe of Assisi was formed as a charitable vehicle to support worthwhile causes in West Feliciana Parish. The mission of Krewe of Assisi is to promote friendships among our community, encourage charity for worthwhile local causes and to keep alive the spirit of Mardi Gras in West Feliciana Parish.
Our goal is to raise funds through membership, ball tickets and royalty fees that exceed the cost of our annual Mardi Gras ball. All excess funds will be given to the designated charity each year. Krewe of Assisi is a 501(c)3 charity. Donations will be tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Membership Information
Annual membership fees are $400 for a couple and $200 for a single. Fees include: donation to local 501c(3) charity, (2) ball tickets for couples and (1) ball ticket for single (non-transferable), invitation to Royalty Reveal Fall Party, member gift, commerative doubloon and option to become Krewe Royalty.

If you are interested in joining the Krewe, please complete the Membership Request form. You will be notified if/when new membership is open.
Krewe of Assisi Ball
Tickets for the Krewe of Assisi Ball will be made available for guests if space permits. (2) tickets for couples and (1) ticket for singles are included with your annual membership fees. Members will not be able to purchase additional tickets until all fees are paid in full. If space permits, guest tickets will be issued on a first-come-first serve seniority basis for all members paying their fees by the deadline as stipulated in the application. Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Charity
The founders of the Krewe wanted to develop a fundraising vehicle as an alternative to leaning on local businesses to support a cause. Each year, a local charity will be nominated by the membership and designated by the Board for support. It is our hope that our community will continue to reap the benefits of the Krewe's support for years to come.

2023/2024 Charity
Child Advocacy Services (CAS) is a private, non-profit umbrella agency providing services through the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program, Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) program, and other services supporting its mission to give Voice, Healing, and Security to children. CAS offers advocacy, clinical services, and prevention education for children and families in 10 parishes including Ascension, Assumption, East Feliciana, Livingston, St. Charles, St. Helena, St. James, St. John, Tangipahoa, and West Feliciana Parishes.
